Suntuf® Corrugated Polycarbonate roofing sheets by Palram are an impact resistant virtually unbreakable corrugated roof sheet.  Panels are lightweight – less than half the weight of glass – but incredibly strong – up to 200 times stronger.  These UV protected sheets block up to 99.9% of harmful UV radiation are weather resistant and will not yellow. 

The roof sheets have a good light transmission of up to 90% making them the perfect choice for use in skylights, pergola’s and canopies.  Sheets also have a good fire rating, do not emit toxic gas when burning and are self-extinguishing meaning they are well suited to commercial and industrial applications. 

These Suntuf® sheets are a 3” Iron Profile which are a popular profile sheet in the UK.

Recommended batten spacing (installation guidelines): 

50kg/M² = 900mm centres

80kg/M² = 800mm centres

Fixings should be used in every corrugation crown on top and bottom battens and every other corrugation crown for intermediate battens.
