Suntuf® EZ GLAZE™ Polycarbonate Roofing System

New from Palram – Suntuf® EZ GLAZE™ is a 'glass like' profiled polycarbonate roofing system.  EZ GLAZE™ is a versatile, lightweight and low maintenance product that is easy to fit.  The elegant design offers a 'glass like' appearance with a modern clean look.  EZ GLAZE™ features a genius profiled design that enables it to be installed over rafters giving a high loading capacity.  

Easy-to-fit, the panels simply overlap and are fastened on to the supportive rafters using EZ GLAZE™ timber fixing screws.  A foam tape is placed beneath the joint to prevent noise during inclement weather.  

Available in three colours:  Clear / Blueish Breeze / Grey

Installation Guidelines:  

IMPORTANT!  Your roof must have a minimum pitch of 5° (5%).  This equates to an approximate fall of around 100mm per metre of projection.  

Rafters should be set out at 600mm centres.  EZ GLAZE™ Foam anti noise tape should be applied to the top of the rafter.  Sheets are then installed over the tape and overlapped.  EZ GLAZE™ Timber Fixing Screws should be used at minimum 500m centres along the crest of the joint.  A 10mm expansion hole should be drilled through the sheet before fixing.
